Why I Hate Standardized Testing

I have always wondered to myself, what is intelligence? How can others tell if you will be successful in life or not? I've always felt that it has to do with leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. It also has to do with passions and expertise in some areas. However, weirdly enough in our day and age, something as small as a test score is still taken at a high enough regard to determine intelligence.
